The Enhance Company and the undersigned purchaser agree to the following
By signing below, I authorize The Enhance Company to perform the changes described in this Change Order. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
The change order amount shown above adjusts the contract total, and the revised contract total replaces the original contract amount. Payment for this change is due as stated above. If payment is made with a credit card, the same credit card used for the deposit will be charged upon completion of the job.
Any conditions not included in writing on the original contract or this change order are considered null and void.
NOTE: Irrigation Changes are billed at 145.00/hr plus parts.
NOTE: Any Incremental Change over the agreed quantities will be billed at the incremental rate.
